1. Enrollment
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in the course.
1.2 By enrolling in the course, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the enrollment form.
2. Course Access
2.1 Upon enrollment and payment of the course fee, you will receive access to the course materials.
2.2 Access to the course materials is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All course materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio recordings, are the property of Tom Mills at the company Procurement Protagonist Ltd and are protected by copyright law.
3.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the course materials for any purpose other than your personal education without prior written consent from Procurement Protagonist Ltd
4. Payment
4.1 Payment for the course must be made in full at the time of enrollment (or in the 4 monthly instalments option provided).
4.2 Failure to pay one or more of the instalments on the due date may result in your removal from the course.
4.3 All payments are non-refundable, except as provided in our refund policy.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which is provided on your enrolment form.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Procurement Protagonist Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the course.
7.2 In no event shall Procurement Protagonists Ltd’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for the course.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
9. Modification of Terms
9.1 Procurement Protagonist Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
